DAININ / PUBLIC BUYER GUIDE
Which Dainin is right for your business?
The same technology family can support an enterprise buying a governed operating system, a respected professional selling and delivering enterprise work, a consultant building a practice, or an owner running a small business. The product, professional pathway and commercial rights are different in each case.
Start with the operating requirement. A ten-person firm needing distinct governed identities may need CEOS. A larger business run under one owner identity may fit CVOS. Industry and employee count alone do not determine which product is right.
Choose by the role you actually have
| Buyer or professional | Best starting point | What it helps accomplish | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise leadership and procurement | Dainin CEOS (Cognitive Enterprise Operating System) | Identify one material business outcome, sources, owners, approvals, risks and an evidence-backed pilot; then plan integration and adoption. | Explore pathway |
| Enterprise sales and delivery partner candidate | Selective Dainin enterprise business partnership and, where required, Enterprise/Implementation/Partner Academy | Establish suitability for enterprise customer acquisition AND delivery, including references, reputation, track record and relevant governance capability. | Explore pathway |
| Consultant, adviser, coach or agency building a client practice | Operator foundation, Partner Academy or Executive Business Accelerator as appropriate; Dainin for the practice and client delivery | Use Dainin to choose a market, define an offer, establish credibility, identify suitable buyers and pursue real sales; then configure client delivery. | Explore pathway |
| Prospective learner seeking a sales-led business with Dainin | Dainin Operator Academy followed by relevant Partner or Executive Business Accelerator assessment; commercial licensing evaluated separately | Build their own business and sales capability using Dainin during study; use commercial capstone as a live client-acquisition challenge, not guaranteed earnings. | Explore pathway |
| Implementation specialist or internal operator | Implementation Academy (Operator foundation first, role-specific implementation capability) | Select a measurable workflow, map required sources and roles, establish Decision Authority, implement with responsible owners, measure outcome. | Explore pathway |
| Owner-led startup or small business | Dainin CVOS (owner-centric full operating system) | Build and review the initial Digital Double and Business Double from available business information, then prioritise market, authority, buyer and delivery work. | Explore pathway |
| Independent professional needing mainly personal digital authority | Dainin Authority (focused licence) | Define the right buying audience, audit positioning and profile/website proof, then establish a relevant and consistent public presence. | Explore pathway |
| Employee or authorised team end user | Existing organisation CEOS access and Operator Academy training (where available) | Work within administrator-defined roles, applicable knowledge permissions and approval boundaries; choose one workflow. | Explore pathway |
Enterprise partners: business development AND delivery
Dainin is seeking credible enterprise business partners capable of helping customers both evaluate CEOS and implement it responsibly. A relevant candidate may have worked with Fortune 100 or Fortune 500 organisations, practised enterprise consulting, or held an equivalent senior role with a strong professional reputation.
The expected contribution may include executive discovery, qualified opportunity origination, business-case development, implementation coordination, adoption and ongoing managed services. Dainin evaluates the prospective partner's reputation, professional competence, market access and ability to support delivery. Sending leads alone is not the full role.
Certification does not grant CEOS resale, enterprise licensing, regional or white-label rights. Such rights require a separate commercial appointment. Contact Dainin about enterprise partnership.
Learn to build and sell a Dainin-enabled business
An experienced professional looking to enter consulting can learn Dainin, establish their own market positioning, build authority, research prospects, pursue first clients and develop the skills to deliver scoped CEOS-enabled work. The Operator and Partner Academy pathways develop the groundwork; the selective Executive Business Accelerator targets a more advanced specialist-business launch.
For those interested specifically in selling Dainin enterprise licences, qualifying commercially is a further, separate step. A course or capstone does not automatically award a reseller contract. Explore Dainin Academy.
What changes across industries
These are useful starting scenarios, not reported client implementations or promises of outcomes. Validate each with the organisation's data, authorisations, integration support and business case.
Consulting and professional services
Knowledge scattered across project teams; inconsistent diagnostics, proposal quality and repeat delivery.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS knowledge/IP and project delivery across consultants with authorised client contexts and decision records.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Build a specialist consulting offer; package approved methodology as Agendic Books/agents; run client projects and retainers.
- Owner-led business
- Independent advisor researches a niche, builds market authority, qualifies buyers, manages delivery in CVOS.
How to test fit: Start with a repeated client diagnostic and track rework, cycle time, review effort and client adoption. Never assume customer IP can be licensed without ownership or rights.
Franchise, coaching and advisory networks
Distributed operators need shared methodology, local market visibility, consistent support and clear headquarters boundaries.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS supports organisation-level knowledge, governed rollout, repeatable playbooks and network-level coordination.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Qualified partner can design network adoption, implement coaching playbooks, train franchisees and deliver managed enablement.
- Owner-led business
- Local coach uses CVOS to establish authority, research prospects, manage follow-up and run services.
How to test fit: Start with one approved playbook and compare adoption, local lead quality and coaching preparation. Do not claim specific franchise-network contracts or network-wide licences without evidence.
Marketing, PR and digital agencies
Disconnected research, content, outreach and client-delivery systems impede authority and proof.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can coordinate multi-user brand intelligence, approved positioning, campaigns, CRM and client delivery.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Agency uses Dainin for client authority audits, relevant prospecting, subscriptions and implementation services.
- Owner-led business
- Boutique agency owner uses CVOS for positioning, creative planning, outreach and client workflow management.
How to test fit: Start with one ICP and authority-to-pipeline workflow, tracking qualified conversations and delivery time. Do not guarantee rankings, advertising performance or platform-wide automation for unsupported channels.
Manufacturing and distribution
Price leakage, inventory/capacity constraints and split CRM/ERP/project evidence complicate commercial decisions.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can connect authorised commercial and operational context for a defined margin, quoting or delivery-capacity workflow.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Operations or transformation partner diagnoses bottlenecks, implements agreed integrations and monitors process outcomes.
- Owner-led business
- Small distributor owner researches markets, clarifies offer, builds buyer pipeline and manages tasks in CVOS.
How to test fit: Use an approved quotation or margin-leakage example with real accessible data and a human decision owner. Do not imply native ERP replacement, automatic plant control or unrestricted actions across connected systems.
Recruitment and staffing
Candidate/client intelligence, outreach, meetings and delivery are fragmented across systems and recruiters.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can support governed account intelligence, commercial operations and team workflows when approved integrations exist.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Recruitment consultant can use targeted authority, qualified employer prospecting and managed client-services operations.
- Owner-led business
- Independent recruiter uses CVOS to position a niche, research employers and organise prospect and client follow-up.
How to test fit: Pilot one employer-acquisition workflow, tracking relevant replies, meeting quality and client retention. Do not promise access to private candidates, unrestricted platform scraping or employment outcomes.
B2B technology and SaaS
Revenue, customer feedback, product evidence and delivery commitments are split across departments.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can coordinate buyer context, account planning, decision authority, implementation status and handoffs.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- GTM/RevOps partner scopes customer acquisition, sales enablement, onboarding and adoption improvement.
- Owner-led business
- SaaS founder uses CVOS to research a market, refine positioning, build targeted authority and contact relevant buyers.
How to test fit: Begin with lost-deal insight flowing into approved messages and meeting preparation. Do not promise a CRM, developer platform or customer-support stack is universally replaced.
Financial, accounting and insurance services
Professional judgement, sensitive client data and approval requirements need controlled knowledge and documented authority.
- Enterprise team
- Evaluate CEOS for permissioned information, documented analysis and human-approved workflows, subject to controls.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Qualified finance or transformation adviser can implement permitted processes and improve client reporting.
- Owner-led business
- Accountant or specialist adviser uses CVOS for professional authority, prospect research and authorised client work.
How to test fit: Choose an internal non-regulated research or approval workflow and verify access, audit and privacy requirements. Do not imply regulatory approval, legal/tax advice or automatic suitability for restricted financial data.
Healthcare providers and life sciences
Non-clinical operations, organisational knowledge and service planning can be fragmented and access-sensitive.
- Enterprise team
- Assess CEOS only for appropriately scoped, permissioned non-clinical operations with security and compliance review.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Specialist implementation partner may support non-clinical operational adoption and governance.
- Owner-led business
- Private-practice owner may use CVOS for business planning, permitted professional visibility and operations.
How to test fit: Start with non-patient commercial or administrative processes, with risk and privacy review before data integration. Do not position Dainin as a diagnostic medical device, clinical decision maker or automatically compliant with healthcare regulation.
Education, training and learning businesses
Course content, expertise, learner engagement, marketing and service operations sit in separate systems.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can coordinate staff knowledge, approved training methods, outreach, service operations and learning support as scoped.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Consultant builds specialist professional training services, communities and reusable authorised knowledge.
- Owner-led business
- Educator founder uses CVOS to position a programme, research audiences and manage commercial delivery.
How to test fit: Pilot one training programme with measured qualified demand, enrolments and repeat engagement. Do not claim Dainin is a complete LMS replacement or grants accreditation without verification.
Retail and e-commerce
Merchandising decisions, customer signals, marketing and delivery commitments are separated.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can coordinate approved cross-functional demand, customer and fulfilment context for a bounded process.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Commercial partner may deliver market segmentation, pricing analysis and growth advisory services.
- Owner-led business
- Independent merchant uses CVOS to research products, position its store, develop authority and organise follow-ups.
How to test fit: Start with assortment or campaign hypothesis and record actual sales/returns against the baseline. Do not promise direct integrations to every commerce platform or guaranteed sales uplift.
Hospitality and multi-site services
Local teams, brand consistency, bookings, staffing and group-level planning need aligned information.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can scope multi-location operating context, authorised guidance and issue escalation.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Operations specialist can build location-level playbooks, training and managed review programmes.
- Owner-led business
- Single-location owner uses CVOS to improve local authority and coordinate customer outreach and tasks.
How to test fit: Choose one multi-site incident or campaign handoff and measure response and resolution quality. Do not represent Dainin as a booking engine, payroll system or general property-management replacement by default.
Private equity, venture capital and portfolio operators
Portfolio companies lack comparable operating context; value-creation programmes depend on specialist individuals.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can help portfolio operating teams standardise authorised diagnostics, knowledge, governance and execution reviews.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Experienced portfolio or enterprise partner may originate and deliver multi-company transformation programmes.
- Owner-led business
- Individual operating adviser can use CVOS or a partner pathway for specialist positioning and pipeline.
How to test fit: Pilot one portfolio value-creation diagnostic with evidence, owner and review cadence. Do not claim Dainin guarantees valuation uplift, investment results or access to portfolio confidential data.
Property and real-estate services
Commercial relationships, properties, proposals and service delivery records are scattered.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS can coordinate approved account context, market research and operating workflows for multi-team firms.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Property-sector adviser can productise market intelligence, client acquisition and managed support.
- Owner-led business
- Independent estate agent or property consultant can use CVOS for market positioning, outreach and service planning.
How to test fit: Test one market research and customer handoff workflow with permissions and outcome metrics. Do not claim a full property management or brokerage transaction platform without scope verification.
Local and specialist service businesses
Owner carries marketing, quoting, prospect follow-up and delivery coordination personally.
- Enterprise team
- CEOS may fit only when distinct user governance or multi-unit operating requirements justify it.
- Advisory or delivery partner
- Local advisor can package authority, lead qualification, service delivery and operating support for several clients.
- Owner-led business
- CVOS or focused Authority helps one owner build visibility with relevant customers and organise sales and work.
How to test fit: Start with the highest-friction inquiry-to-customer workflow; track enquiries, follow-up and completed work. Do not upsell enterprise CEOS solely because the business has employees.
Licensing and professional roles are not interchangeable
CEOS enterprise scope is assessed with Dainin. The full owner-centric CVOS licence is advertised at $5,988 per year, and focused Dainin Authority at $588 per year, both paid annually in advance after consultation as of 17 October 2026. These are not monthly billing options; verify the current published terms.
Operator, Implementor and Partner Academy qualifications recognise professional capability. A commercial appointment to resell, rebrand, white-label or license CEOS to enterprises must be granted separately. An experienced enterprise partner should be able to support customer discovery and delivery—not merely pass along sales leads.
Business Transfer Assurance and zero-fee ownership transfer are proposed future conditions, not an existing public entitlement.
