Processing for Defined Service Only
Data is processed solely to deliver the services contracted by the customer. We do not repurpose customer data for model training or cross-client learning.
Restricted Access
Access to customer data is limited to authorised personnel and systems required for service delivery, subject to role-based access controls.

AI-generated outputs operate within pre-defined workflows and business rules. The system does not take autonomous actions outside established parameters.
Limited to Service Functionality
AI capabilities are scoped to the specific service functions contracted by the customer. There is no expansion of AI scope without explicit configuration.

All AI operations are subject to the same security controls, access policies, and governance frameworks that apply to the broader platform.
